Wesley Swindell is an experienced costs draftsman who deals with the preparation of costs budgets, Precedent Ts and Bills of Costs in matters ranging from multi-million pound Personal Injury claims to Court of Protection matters. He also has experience of dealing with Solicitor and Own Client Assessments and Family Costs.  Wes has a particular talent for IT and is proficient with all the main case management systems, Microsoft products, Costmaster, bundling software and legal research databases such a Lexis Nexis and Westlaw.
