Joanne has extensive experience in advising and acting for both employees and employers on all aspects of employment law.

Her experience includes the drafting of employment contracts and employment policies, restrictive covenants, internal grievances, disciplinary matters and performance issues, redundancy, breach of contract and discrimination matters. She assists Davis Woolfe in any aspects relating to employment law outside of unfair dismissal or wrongful dismissal being brought to the Employment Tribunal.
