Dominic is a highly experienced Solicitor-Advocate whose practice covers commercial and serious injury litigation and high-value legal costs disputes.  Dominic has more than 10 years’ experience in costs practice encompassing the full range of costs representation, from Costs Budget preparation and attendance at Costs and Case Management hearings, to drafting both traditional and electronic Bills of Costs, Statements of Costs, Points of Dispute, Replies, negotiation and advocacy at detailed assessments and application hearings.
