Tunisha Kumar is a Commercial Litigation Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team at Davis Woolfe, advising businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals on a wide range of complex and high-value disputes.

Her experience ranges from breach of warranty claims, restrictive covenant disputes, shareholder and director disputes and other contentious matters involving wills, trusts, and probate.

Having previously worked in Family Law and Personal Injury, Tunisha has developed strong litigation skills together with strong interpersonal and client care skills. These skills enable Tunisha to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
