With 28 years’ experience of working within the legal profession, Dawn brings a wealth of experience and a practical, solutions-focused approach to her role. Dawn supports both the legal team and Clients to ensure that a high standard of service is consistently maintained. Dawn prides herself on her attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills. Dawn takes a hands-on approach to managing the Manchester office and is always looking for ways to improve systems and processes. Dawn is often the first point of contact for clients and visitors and strives to create a welcoming, professional environment.
